Control of batching system to mix & match 20 over different colors to product custom made paints for “SYNCOATES” end users. The system whole batching process is based on weighing by FLINTEC load cells which is accurate than their usual manual practice. By using FATEK programmable controllers & ASPIC 3.30 SCADA, they are able to produce more high quality paints, with less complaints & consistent products.
